Dr Shan Ong (MBBS, FRACGP, MRCP, FRACP), Developmental Paediatrician, is at the Centre every Wednesday. He specialises in assessing and managing children with developmental, behavioural and learning difficulties including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and dyslexia.   For an appointment please call 02 9540 9000.

Dr Natalie Silove (MBBCh, MMed, FCP(Paeds), FRACP), Developmental Paediatrician, is at the Centre every second Saturday.   As she also works fulltime at Westmead hospital she is no longer taking new patients.  For current patients needing to make an appointment please call 02 9880 9288.  For new patient referrals please contact Westmead Children's hospital directly.

Psychologists

Dr Renate Wagner (PhD, DipHEd, MAPS), Clinical Psychologist, specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the treatment of depression, anxiety and phobias. Dr Wagner is at the Centre on Fridays.  For an appointment please call 0403 44 33 11.

Rebecca Dunn (BA (Psych), PGDip Psych, AMAPS), Consultant Psychologist specialises in adolescent and adult counselling / therapy for anxiety, depression, divorce, grief and loss and behavioural issues and has a special interest in perinatal anxiety and depression, miscarriage, stillbirth and fertility issues. Miriam Abeshouse (BSc Psychology (Hons), PGDip (Psych. Practice), A/MAPS), Registered Psychologist, specialises in educational assessments of children, including cognitive (IQ) testing and academic achievement testing. She has a special interest in the cognitive processes involved in reading and provides comprehensive assessments and treatment for children with reading difficulties.
